Financial Situation Analysis of Building Company

This thesis includes financial situation analysis of the building company UNISTAV for the period 2008-2012. The analysis is based on data contained in the financial statements of the company. This thesis is divided into a theoretical part, where are analysed financial ratios, and a practical part, where these ratios are applied to the data of the company. Company state on the market for the period above is evaluated in the final statement at the end of this thesis.

The Bachelor thesis consists of two parts. The first part is focused on theoretical explanation of financial analysis. It informs readers about commonly used methods. It describes individual indicators, so that user can understand its meaning. In the second part (practical) is declared knowledge applied on the real data from financial statements. A description and philosophy of the selected company is part of this section too. From ending findings are deducted conclusions which are demonstrated on graphs and in charts. Last of all is summarized process of the financial analysis. There is also place for evaluation of final results and assessment about its financial health.

Financial analysis of company STOCK Plzeň - Božkov s.r.o.

The aim of this thesis is to perform a financial analysis of the company Stock-Božkov LLC in years 2010-2014. The thesis consists of a theoretical and practical section. The first section defines the methodology of the analysis. Detailed approach of both horizontal and vertical analysis are described, as well as financial ratios and bankruptcy prediction models. The second section of the thesis introduces Stock-Božkov LLC and then applies previously mentioned approach of financial analysis on it. The analysis of financial ratios is conducted for the appropriate industry sector as well. The conclusion summarizes the results obtained from the analyses and presents an overall rating of Stock-Božkov LLC.

This bachelor thesis is focused on financial analysis of company Medas, s.r.o. in the period from 2011 to 2015. Thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the explanation of the theory of financial analysis. In further detail it is focused on horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis of financial ratios and bankruptcy and creditworthy models. In the second, practical part, the company is introduced and the specific values of described indicators are calculated, the analysis is based on data from the annual report of company. Appropriate conclusion is drawn from the results of the analysis and ratios and it is also illustrated in several charts, graphs or verbally described. The conclusion contains summary of the results and the overall review of the company Medas, s.r.o.

The aim of this Bachelor's Thesis "Financial analysis of BEST, a.s." is to analyze and evaluate the financial situation of the company BEST, a.s. from the year 2008 to 2012. Financial analysis is performed from an external point of view based on publicly available information. It contains an introduction, theoretical part, practical part and conclusion. The theoretical part deals with different instruments, indicators and methods of financial analysis. In the practical part individual methods of the financial analysis are applied to the surveyed enterprise. The conclusion summarizes the most important findings from the practical part, assessed the overall situation of the company BEST, a.s. and procedures designed to improve.
